The Berserker Blood Code is unlocked after you defeat the Oliver boss in the story. Oliver will turn into lost and you need to fight him once you get out of that underground into the surface. This blood code belongs to Oliver Collins who was your partner at the beginning of the game where you have to find a blood bead. Its low ichor stock can be offset with heavy armor.
